Working KITAS

The Indonesian government will impose you a fine of one million rupiah for each day that exceeds the visa duration. After 60 days, the government will then have to deport you to your origin country.

Depending on what type of visa you have, foreigners are only able to legally work in Bali if a Business Visa or a Working KITAS has been issued.

Absolutely! When applying for a visa for more than one person, it is recommended to apply together, as it would save time and the amount of documents needed to be gathered. 

Most visas or KITAS/P only need a document proving the familial relationship of your family member.

KITAP is a permanent stay for foreigners in Indonesia with an unlimited duration, meaning you would not need to renew your KITAS every year to extend your stay. 

The requirement to apply for a KITAP is that you already have a KITAS for a specific period of time. The amount of time is varied with KITAS to KITAS, you can contact us for more detailed information.
